Total Quando R

Total Quando R is by our exciting young black stallion BML Totality. BML Totality is very elegant, has great paces, a natural softness, a beautiful back to sit on and has a great attitude towards training. We are very excited! The breeding on BML Totality is to die for. His sire Totilas is still considered today as being the most amazing dressage horse ever seen in the world and we are unlikely to see another horse like him for another 100 years. Totilas broke all world records and was a living legend. The Totilas bloodlines are already starting to impact on the world competition scene and the results look breathtaking with the Dutch Olympic Team at Tokyo having three out of four team members riding Totilas youngsters. Perhaps the best current examples are the Totilas young stallions Glocks Total US ridden by Edward Gal and Glocks Toto Jr ridden by Hans Peter Minderhous. BML Totality is out of the Regardez Moi mare, Resplendent R. Regardez Moi having three times been the Australian Grand Prix Champion and having represented Australia at the World Cup finals in Las Vegas. Resplendent R is out of Jumping Janie R who is by the Grand Prix winning dressage stallion Jive Magic. Jive Magic is by Jazz. Jazz also made himself felt at the recent Tokyo Olymipcs. The mare line on BML Totality brings in lots of great bloodlines in Donnerhall, Rubenstein, Jazz, Pik Bube. Angelo and Salute.

BML Totality has just started his competition career with a win and 71%. As a young stallion with a great future BML Totality is so exciting. The first of BML Totality’s foals are absolute stand outs! As a young sire with the best of the best bloodlines BML Totality represents the edge of the edge in state of the art bloodlines.

On Total Quando R's dam line is Queenallie R. Queenallie R is the most magnificent big, black mare that moves like a Gazelle. Queenallie R is the only mare at the Ryans by Quando Quando. Quando Quando’s career in the sport and breeding could not have been more remarkable. Quando Quando represented Australia in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, in 2006 Quando Quando was the most successful Oldenburg of the World Equestrian Games in Aachen and in 2004 he won the VTV dressage stallion of the year award. Following this he won several international Grand Prix classes. Quando Quando has the best temperament ever and does pass this on to his progeny. As a sire Quando Quando has been very successful in producing Grand Prix dressage horses and also sired Quaterman who is the sire of Quaterback. Quaterback is the sire of Willinga Park Quincy B ridden by Jayden Brown. Quaterback is also the sire of DSP Quantaz which is shaping up to be Isabell Werth’s next superstar after winning the Aachen CDIO5* Grand Prix Freestyle on 88.335% late last year.  

Queenallie R is out of the mare Chatham Park Allie who was bred by Olympian Racheal Sanna. Racheal rode both the sire of Chatham Park Allie, Jaybee Alabaster, and the dam of Chatham Park Allie, Yardley Charisma, both to Grand Prix dressage and Australian representation. Jaybee Alabaster represented Australia at the World Equestrian Games in 2010 and again at the World Cup in 2012. Yardley Charisma was the Australian Grand Prix Champion in 1998/99 and in 1999 represented Australia at the World Cup Finals in Dortmund, Germany.

So Total Quando R as you can see has the cutting edge Grand Prix genetics on both his sire’s side, BML Totality and his dam’s side, Queenallie R. Total Quando R is a powerful big upstanding two-year-old now and is a stand out. He is exceptionally quiet and I had originally thought I would keep him as a stallion. He is sensational and is going to be the most beautiful horse to look at. Long legs, a beautiful body and lovely length in his neck. He has a very beautiful head. What has changed is that Ryan’s Horses have secured part ownership of his sire BML Totality. Until now, Total Quando R was not available for sale. We have mixed emotions about making him available now because in my opinion he will be broken in, in the next year and without doubt, we think he will bring easily over $100,000.00 as a four-year-old. He is a stand out. Right now he is available for less than half of that.
