Donna Carrera was owned by Susie Duddy who commenced riding her in competition. They were a succesful combination and as a young horse was Champion of Champions at the Young Horse Final in Melbourne. They were succesful again at Prix St Georges level but family commitments forced Susie to hand over the ride to Heath. Heath rode her succesfully small tour but it was while Heath was away eventing that Rozzie rode Donna at the State Dressage Championships and this partnership became a permanent fixture!

2007 - Won the right to compete at the World Cup Final (s'Hertogenbosch 2008)
Donna finished 3rd in the Area Olympic Trial in Sydney 2008 and travelled to Europe to the World Cup Final where she finished in 11th place. Soon afterwards she competed at Hagen finishing 3rd in the Kur with a score of 70% and then travelled to Hong Kong as First Reserve for the Australian Dressage Team, Bejing Olympic Games.
