Cardinal is by Regardez Moi who in 2008-2009 was the reigning Australian Grand Prix Dressage Champion 

Cardinal is a spectacular young stallion currently schooling with Heath Ryan and is a full-brother to Byalee Romance.

Cardinal is very elegant and does have enormous elasticity in all of his paces. His back is very soft and easy to sit to.  

Cardinal is currently schooling shoulder-in, half-pass and breath-taking extensions. He finds all of the work very easy and naturally has a very steady head-carriage. Heath has just started tinkering with the piaffe and like his dad, Cardinal is showing extra-ordinary talent. Without question Cardinal has the talent and aptitude to go to the Olympics. Cardinal has been campaigned at some small dressage days with the rider being a less-experienced girl. 

Cardinal has had a limited number of mares to stud and has already produced some spectacular youngsters
