Ryans originally existed without any full time office staff and so this aspect of the business has been slow and painful in its birthing! Of course for those of you making enquiries re training or stallions or horses for sale this has sometimes been a frustrating experience. Well we are trying.
Initially Sharnika Blacker migrated out of the stables into the office and started providing a conciencious and thorough job in replying to emails and doing competition entries on time and filling out entry forms properly. Sharnika sadly for us moved on to work for Graham Chapple and so Laney Robson took over the role. Laney had in an earlier life ridden FEI dressage as a young rider and has been a great member of the team. Unfortunately Laney has taken on full time employment in Newcastle.
Jenny Lamb (Hickey) trained with us in 1994 to obtain her NCAS Level 1. She is now responsible for the books and billing. What an awful job. Jenny is also the face behind the desk at Auction of the Stars collecting payments for purchased horses. She is actually one of the main organisers of Auction of the Stars! Jenny is mainly responsible for motivating and engineering this long overdue website. She has worked tirelessly to get this up!
The administration aspect of the Ryans is probably the area which we need to develop most and so to these brave souls thank you very much!
